The Organika Restaurant is located in the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, in the Provence of Arezzo, and the heart of Tuscany. We provide an intimate setting to best pamper our customers with a staff that shares our passion for cooking and service.
In the process of creating a dish, we begin with tradition and ecological sustainability. Our primary goal is to include seasonal ingredients which enhance the taste.
