The Interior

The Organika Restaurant reflects the environment of the Tuscan countryside that surrounds it, simple but with a strong sense of place. A pleasant romantic atmosphere in a welcoming environment where we decided to decorate the walls with scenes from our family life: a black and white dip in the indelible past.

The indoor room is small and comfortable. Few tables: a conscious choice to best pamper our customers and make them feel a little like home. The open kitchen allows us to maintain interaction with our guests so we can explain each dish from creation to tasting.

Our guests often get lost admiring the stunning panoramic views that can be seen from the terraces of the Organika Restaurant. The view is incomparable: the Tuscan hills, the beautiful Valdichiana a splendid Cortona. The outdoor spaces of the restaurant are perfect for enjoying time surrounded by nature and countryside, while remaining within walking distance of the historic city center.

Organika can be the perfect location for small ceremonies and events to remember. You can enjoy tasty aperitifs in the outdoor area with unique sunsets, dine outdoors surrounded by greenery and silence, enjoy the scent of aromatic herbs, savor the freshly baked bread from the traditional wood-burning oven and let yourself be pampered by the surprises of our Chef.
